Description

Offered at a competitive price, for sale with no chain, part of a select development, having south east facing garden and close to both Malpas and Tattenhall, a delightful conversion of great character.
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman
When I met my client at this house, we got talking about my appearance on Have I Got News For You back in the year 2000, twenty four years ago. Well, if you are looking for an excellent value house with no chain and a competitive price, then Have I Got New For You, this is a superb example of its type. And you may well still be talking about it twenty four years later....

This lovely converted mews forms part of a select development, originally in the grounds of the Broxton Hall Hotel, now a renovated private dwelling. It has an attractive combination of character and the more contemporary and would be an ideal home for a first time buyer, investor, downsizer or those seeking a manageable second home.

The key highlights include a south east facing rear garden, block paved driveway parking for two cars and a layout that delivers a good size kitchen, large living room and a particularly well proportioned principle bedroom. The full layout, which extends to just under 750 square feet, is displayed on the floorplan.

The property is in fundamentally sound and whilst forming the basis of a comfortable home on day one, the competitive price reflects the fact that the future owner is likely to want to update some elements of the accommodation , hence the extremely competitive asking price, which is sure to attract market attention. There is no ongoing chain.
So, going back to my starting point, this is a house with a lots of great headlines!

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.
