The house price bracket that came in second was between £100,000 and £120,000 with a total of 4185 houses being sold. This bracket had one of the largest increases in the number of houses being sold.
Looking at the more expensive houses sales in Huddersfield, houses that sold between the 800k-1M was only 50 for the decade, houses that sold for 1M+ was just 33.

In terms of the volume of house sales in a postcode district, the HD3 postcode district which represents Lindley, Milnsbridge, Oakes, Outlane, and Paddock was overall the area with the highest number of house sales which was 5029 over the decade between 2010 and 2019.
