We cover sales and lettings of both Residential and Commercial buildings, mainly in Petworth Town and its surrounding villages like Byworth, Lodsworth, Northchapel, Graffham etc.
In March 2016 there was a change of ownership and we are now introducing for the first time a complete network of Social Media platforms which will aid both sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants and those who just love property and Petworth.
New areas being covered will include overseas property for sale and rental; including holiday rentals. We will also be offering Holiday accommodation in Petworth and the South Downs National Park.

A new aspect of the business will also cover the demand for investment and development properties; as one of the new owners has been in this sector for the last 5 years. Many of our clients currently own more than one property and the rental requirements in Petworth far outstrip the supply. We can offer a full investment package that will include finding the right property, offering a finance package, arranging any works or refurbishment through to finding the tenant in the local or tourist market and then fully managing the property.
The Owners.
Adam Harrison and Mark Bridger have been friends since junior school in Surrey and both have been in the property business for over 30 years.
Adam has been an Estate Agent in London and West Sussex with overseas positions in Berlin, France and Spain. Selling everything from apartments to overseas resorts and London Investment buildings. He has lived in Petworth since 1999 after being in Fulham for 16 years prior.
Mark has lived in Carcassonne, France since 1999 and has a portfolio of rental houses plus a project management consultancy which keeps him busy.
We both enjoy socialising, have a lasting interest in Cars especially the older variety that we remember from our youth.
